Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to AISDO Institute and its Institute Management System (IMS). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, IMS portal, admission services, academic programmes, examinations, certificates and related services.

By accessing our website, registering with the institute, submitting an admission form, using the IMS portal or enrolling in any course, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before utilizing institutional digital portals, examination systems, or taking admission at any authorized centre.

About the Institute

AISDO Institute provides educational, skill development, computer education, vocational training, examination and related academic services through its authorized institutional network and centres.

The availability of a particular course, programme or service may vary by centre, infrastructure and geographical location.

Student Registration & Admission

Students are required to provide complete, accurate and genuine information during registration and admission.

The student is responsible for ensuring that:
  • Name and personal identity details are accurate and properly spelled.
  • Date of birth is verified and accurate.
  • Parent / guardian information is correct.
  • Mobile number and email contact details are valid and active.
  • Academic qualifications and document submissions are authentic and genuine.
  • Photograph, signature, and other mandatory identification documents are properly submitted.
Enrolment Disclaimer: Providing false, misleading or forged information may result in immediate cancellation of admission, withholding of marksheet/certificate, or other appropriate administrative action.

Course & Programme

The course selected by a student shall be subject to the applicable course structure, syllabus, duration, modules and terms communicated at the time of admission.

Course content, syllabus, practical modules, examination pattern or academic procedures may be updated from time to time where necessary to align with emerging industry and educational standards.

Fees & Payments

Students are responsible for paying applicable fees within the prescribed time schedule.

Fees may include, where applicable:

Admission fee & Registration fee
Academic Tuition fee
Examination fee & Evaluation fee
Study material & ID card fee
Certificate & document charges
Other applicable administrative charges

Students must preserve their official fee receipts and transaction records for future verification and ledger settlement.

Refund & Cancellation

Refunds shall be governed strictly by the institute's separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In General:
  • Within 7 days of admission/enrolment: The student is entitled to 100% refund of the applicable tuition fee.
  • Between 8 to 30 days: The maximum refundable component is 40% of the applicable tuition fee, subject to applicable pro-rata calculation.
  • After 30 days: No tuition fee refund shall be payable under any circumstances (0% refund).
  • For admissions made through a Franchise/Centre, any eligible refund shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned Franchise/Centre.
  • The Head Office shall not be responsible for directly refunding fees collected by a Franchise/Centre.
  • Admission, registration, examination, study material, ID card, certificate and other administrative charges are non-refundable as specified in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Franchise / Centre

Centre-Level Administration

Students enrolled through an authorized Franchise / Centre acknowledge that the concerned centre is responsible for local admission administration, study delivery, fee collection, and eligible fee refunds.

Where applicable, the Franchise / Centre shall handle eligible student refunds in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Head Office shall not directly settle refunds for fees collected by the Franchise / Centre.

Examination

Students must comply with all applicable examination rules, schedules and invigilation instructions.

Students are required to:
  • Complete prescribed course module assessments and practicals.
  • Attend examinations on the scheduled date and time.
  • Strictly follow invigilator instructions and examination portal guidelines.
  • Submit required assignments, project reports, or viva assessments.
  • Maintain appropriate academic conduct during examinations.

Any attempt to use unfair means, impersonation, cheating, tampering with systems, or fraudulent practices may result in immediate cancellation of the examination, forfeiture of results, or disqualification.

Marks & Results

Marks and results shall be recorded and published based on the applicable institutional examination and evaluation process.

The institute reserves the right to review, re-evaluate or correct an error in academic records where a genuine administrative, computational or technical error is identified.

Students must provide valid registration and roll number details when requesting academic records, re-evaluations, or corrections.

Marksheet & Certificate

Marksheets and certificates are issued subject to successful completion of the applicable course, modular evaluations, clearing minimum passing percentage, and settlement of outstanding dues.

Certificates / Marksheets contain:
  • Student Full Name & Registration Number
  • Course Name, Session & Duration
  • Modular Marks Obtained, Maximum Marks & Percentage
  • Grade, Result Status & Issue Date
  • Official Certificate / Marksheet Number & QR verification barcode

Certificate Verification

Certificates and marksheets contain a QR code and digital verification number linked to our official database.

The verification system displays limited information required to authenticate the academic credential for employers, higher education institutions, and candidate verification.

Users must not manipulate, reproduce, forge, or falsely represent institute verification credentials.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior, discipline, and respect in all interactions with institute staff, teachers, centre representatives, fellow students, and campus visitors.

Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will result in appropriate disciplinary and administrative action, including potential suspension or termination of admission.

Use of Website & IMS

Users agree to use the website, Candidate Portal, Franchise Portal, and IMS only for legitimate academic and administrative purposes.

Users must NOT:
  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, or admin panels.
  • Attempt to bypass security controls or authentication mechanisms.
  • Access or attempt to access another user's or student's account.
  • Upload malicious scripts, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with system performance, networks, or operational infrastructure.
  • Manipulate academic records, attendance, or marks data.
  • Misuse certificate verification APIs or forge official links.
  • Copy or commercially exploit confidential institutional data.

User Account

Where an IMS student or franchise account is provided, users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users should immediately notify the institute administrator if unauthorized access to their account is suspected or if passwords need to be reset.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, IMS software interface, logos, trademarks, syllabus materials, study kits, software diagrams, graphics, and text are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected institutional content without prior written authorization.

Third-Party Services

The website or IMS may link to third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS gateways, cloud storage, or social media platforms.

Use of third-party services is subject to their independent terms and privacy practices. AISDO Institute is not responsible for the terms, availability, or practices of external third-party providers.

Website & System Availability

We endeavor to maintain uninterrupted availability of the website and IMS portal. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, hosting updates, network glitches, security patches, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access when necessary for essential maintenance, emergency security, or operational upgrades.

Accuracy of Information

Students, candidates, and authorized users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during admission and examinations is truthful, accurate, and current. Users should immediately report discrepancies to the centre administrator for correction.

Privacy

The collection, usage, and protection of personal, academic, and financial data is governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy. By accessing the website or IMS portal, users acknowledge and agree to the privacy practices outlined therein.

Changes to Courses, Services & Policies

AISDO Institute reserves the right to modify or update course curriculums, syllabus units, academic procedures, examination protocols, IMS portal features, fee structures, and institutional policies where necessary.

Updated terms and curriculum guidelines will be communicated through the official website or student portal notifications.

Suspension or Cancellation

The institute reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account, admission, examination schedule, marksheet, or certification where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Fraud, forgery, or misrepresentation in documents.
  • Unauthorized access to institutional software or evaluation systems.
  • Severe academic misconduct or cheating in examination sessions.
  • Non-payment of mandatory tuition fees or institutional balances.
  • Violation of institutional rules, campus discipline, or these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Responsibility

The institute takes reasonable measures to provide educational training and maintain academic records. However, the institute shall not be responsible for unforeseen technical circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party telecommunication failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any statutory right or protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Communication

The institute may communicate with students and authorized users through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Phone calls, IMS portal notices, and official website announcements.

Users are responsible for keeping their registered contact information and phone numbers active and updated.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted, governed, and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of India.

Any legal matter or dispute arising in connection with institutional services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction applicable to the institute headquarters.
